Additional Information on the course
I am adding additional information on the course "Information Technology Tools for Engineers" for the benefit of Guest who are not enrolled in the class and not aware of the additional web sites that are used in this course.
This is an online course that is being delivered to sixteen graduate students of engineering. The course topicsWebsite and additional contents at blog1, blog2and blog3are being used here.
We also have a class yahoo group.
The course covers the use of Internet/World Wide Web in communication/collaboration/content creation/coordination along with how to find information on the Internet from the perspective of Students in Engineering.
Student created web sites are also the part of the course. Forum discussion in Learning unit seven and eight will provide web addresses of their web sites.
If you explore their web sites you will end up at other social networking web site they are enrolling. as part of their assignments
There is no central index to document all the web addresses that are used in this course but since they are all connected through URLs it is very easy to navigate the entire information cloud that is being constructed as part of this course.
