Final Learning Unit

We need to arrange a session for Flashmeeting from OU. I will set up the meeting on their web site but we need some common time. The meeting duration will be one hour.

For me the best time is 8Pm in the evening Monday through Thursday except wednesday. On that day due to final it has to be 8:30PM.

Let me know how is every body else's schedule as soon as possible.

Please make sure that you have access to all web addresses provided there and also make sure about the time constraint.

The last project is 40 points and this extra work will account for the final exam in the course. Also it provides good practice on the video based conversation programs, a complete review of what we have done, along with some comic relief in the end.

I am not available on Monday, I coodinated a campus event that will last till midnight.
Tuesday I am available after 10
Wednesday I will need to do last minute studying for a Thursday final, but should be available after 4 pm
Thursday I will be available at 8:30.

Is there a problem logging into the flashmeeting site? I get this message whenever I try to log on and access my account.

"FM failed to correctly validate the user with OpenLearn LabSpace"

I'd try to use their help forum, but it seems to be down. Maybe they're doing PM?

It will be difficult for me to join a meeting anytime this week, but the best chance would be Wednesday. I am also having the problem trying to log onto the site. I used my email address [e-mail] when signing up but when I try to log in it asks for a username. I type my email and password I gave and it tells me:

Do not be confused by the meeting time in the announcement it is in GMT and once you convert it EST it will be 8:30PM.

After the experience from the last meeting best thing would be to have mic and headset and for most part mic is off only turned on when needed.

This program is very similar to WIZIQ that mean it will have audio/video conferencing along with text based chat, white board and few other options.

I have exams on 2pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8.30 pm on wednesday and in thursday.

Did the session already happen? I am COMPLETELY confused now. Was the meeting at 1:30 today or is it at 8:30 tonight? I had office hours at 1:30 and there was NO WAY to make it. Sorry if I sound like I am freaking out.
