I am an engineer by degree, however an entrepreneur by practice. I own and run several business and love it. My engineering background is what, I believe, allows me to be successful and I would change a thing. I am going to go back to school to take computer science courses, as this is an interest to me.
Welcome to the group. It seems as though we share the same interests although, I really don't have the entrepreneur thing going for me. I have been doing quite a lot of investigating about starting a business, but I just can't seem to get into the mindset necessary to take such a big step. I have been slowly exposing myself to the business side of things by investing in stocks and following the markets, but I just can't seem to find what is needed to make that mental transition. I fear I am too technical, do you have any suggestions?
I guess I repeated what Aaron has already said in his bio here because I did not read what he had written here.
In any case I find his bio very impressive and hope lots of Engineers follow his path instead of looking for employers they themselves become employers.
